Dr Cramp is an intuitive, professional and caring doctor. I have great faith in her treating not just me but my two children, too. I have been a patient at this surgery since birth and have no intentions of leaving!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Cramp. She has always been a listening and caring GP, whom I can recommend without reservation. I have needed to call on her services a great deal over the past couple of years during which time I was diagnosed with cancer, the treatment of which involved surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Dr Cramp was always there to answer my questions and provide support. After my cancer treatment I suffered a long bout of severe depression and once again Dr Cramp was there whenever I needed her. In my experience she is the consummate professional: extremely knowledgeable, approachable, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate. I know her input has made a critical difference to my recovery.

Dr Cramp has been our Doctor for many years, we even asked to stay with her even though we moved out of her catchment - that's how good she is. When we discovered we had fertility issues she handled every appointment with absolute care, humanity and sensitivity as well as going above and beyond to support us. I've always felt her door is open, even if it's for emotional support to a medical issue, and her first concern has always been for my well-being - above all else. Yes she is direct, irreverent and dry, but that's what makes her such a great doctor (and real person!) and not an robotic pill dispenser that some of the negative reviewers seem to crave. Quite frankly if they don't like her, brilliant, all the more appointments for us! P.S I think this reviewing system is deeply flawed and simply allows anonymous haters to vent. If people are dissatisfied with their care, they need to address it face-to-face or vote with your feet.
